As the second quarter of 2024 comes to a close, we take a look at the performance of the top city building games on the iOS platform in Brazil. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides us with insights into downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

SimCity BuildIt, published by Electronic Arts, showed a mixed trend with an initial revenue of $7.5K in the first week of April, seeing a dip to $1.3K, and later peaking at $2.9K in mid-June. Downloads started at 3.8K, peaked at 4.3K in late April, and ended the quarter at 3.7K. Weekly active users showed a declining trend from 31K to 24K.

Idle Town Master - Pixel Game, from Digital Things, launched mid-April and saw revenue grow from $156 to $721 by the end of April, stabilizing around $462 by the quarter's end. The game's downloads spiked at 5.2K in the same month but dropped to 227 by June's end. Unfortunately, there was no data on weekly active users for this title.

The Simpsons™: Tapped Out, another title from Electronic Arts, had consistent revenue performance ranging from $773 to $944, with a slight decrease to $763 in the last week of June. Downloads fluctuated modestly between 1.3K and 1.8K. Weekly active users were fairly stable, hovering around 16K throughout the quarter.

States Builder: Trade Empire, by SayGames LTD, showed revenue starting at $168, dipping to $77, then reaching $407 in early May and settling at $133 by the quarter's end. Downloads saw significant jumps, from 915 to a peak of 2.6K, with an ending at 2.6K as well. Weekly active users increased from 1.8K to 4.8K.

Lastly, TheoTown from blueflower UG, displayed a revenue trend starting at $135, dipping to $37, and rising again to $120. Downloads began at 518, saw a high of 657, and ended at 125. Weekly active users started strong at 612 but declined to 246 by the quarter's end.
